Jack-O-Lantern

       Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree   Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree 2

The second and third grade teachers and teacher assistants of Ellenboro Elementary School would like to take this opportunity to thank the many groups and individuals who made our recent Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree such a success. Farm Bureau, along with Larry & Donna Bailey, provided over 200 pumpkins and activity books for our students. Many family members and friends came to help paint pumpkins with their children. For any students who did not have family members attend, the East Rutherford High School football team & cheerleaders were there to help them out. It was wonderful to see the patience, kindness and concern showed to our students by the ERHS students.  We as teachers try on a daily basis to make a difference in the life of a child, and when we receive such an outpouring of community support, our jobs are made much easier.

Thanks again to all those involved.

Sincerely yours,
